A Team Fox Parkinson’s Research Fundraiser
On June 6th, Best Senior Home Care was proud to participate in a fundraiser for Parkinson’s Research sponsored by the Michael J. Fox Foundation. This event, Tips for Parkinson’s, was started in 2006 by Susan Bilotta, and has been one of the most successful Parkinson’s Research fundraising events for Team Fox. Tips for Parkinson’s is a New York City based event that raises funds for the Foundation through donations, tips received by competing teams of bartenders, admission fees to the event, and silent auctions. Since its inception this event has raised over $700,000, with this year’s event raising more than $241,000!
This event was a big success and a fun night out for all those who attended, and we certainly look forward to participating in future Parkinson’s Research fundraising events.
